UPDC completed a three year contract to provide land acquisition services for various projects in District Eight (8).  Under this contract, UPDC prepared relocation studies, appraisals, review appraisals and provided relocation and negotiation services for properties required for highway improvements. 

UPDC provided land acquisition services for residential and commercial properties on the following Illinois routes:  

  • Route 67 – Madison County 

  • Route 157 - Madison County

  • Route 157 - St. Clair County

  • Route 100 – Calhoun  County

  • Route 162 – Madison County

  • Route 159 - Madison County

  • Route 781 – Crawford County

  • Route 95 – Effingham County
