Hanna Road Bridge Over Tributary

The City of Manchester plans to construct the Hanna Road Bridge structure replacement during the summer of 2010.  In 2009, the City of Manchester contracted UPDC to secure property title information, negotiate with property owners and otherwise provide all services in connection with acquiring right-of-way needed to construct this project.  The project sponsor received federal funding requiring all negotiations be conducted in compliance with federal regulations as provided by the MoDOT Local Public Agency Manual.

St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC)

 In January 2003, SLDC awarded UPDC the contract to provide land acquisition services for the Ville Large Scale Project.  Specific tasks under this contract included verifying parcel ownership, reviewing appraisals, conducting negotiations on land needed for a new residential construction development.  It is important to note that this particular project did not have the threat of eminent domain.  

City of Belleville, Illinois

 In 2001, UPDC completed relocation assistance services for the City of Belleville, Illinois, for its Scheel Street Development Project. The successful completion of this project prepared for the redevelopment of the area adjacent to the Scheel Street MetroLink (light rail) station.
